ELC-YS series firing system: LCD screen display , include point fire(point to point)、rapid fire(running effects)、step fire(fire in order )、paralle fire(many routes firing together)、series fire（many routes firing in order）、remote control,memory demo functions.output is 110V. with cables and distributor(terminal box).when at point and step fire status ,each group can fire about 10 pcs ignitors in parallel, 20-30 in series.when at rapid fire status,each group can fire 2 pcs ignitors in series.

ELC100YS instruction

ELC400YS is a large power manual fireworks firing system machine has ten displaying areas(from 0 - 9) , each one has 20 channels,including 140M cables,the longest one is 100M,others is 10M each. !it design by CPU electric line ,LCD screen shows the total firing time and each channel firing time.including point-firing、rapid-firing、step-firing three funtions.
Point firing:main machine units to 10 channels ,cut in 10 areas.
Rapid firing:main machine units to 10 channles,can set the time from 0.1S-9.9S,all the 10 areas can do this and can keep the memory .
Setp firing:including manual firing and remote firng.when in the step firing state,each channles can fire 5-6 pcs ignitor in paraller and 20 pcs in series when in the rapid firing can fire 2-4 pcs ignitor in paraller and 10 pcs in series.

Showing in two row,the first row on the left L 0:02:35 means the total firing time ,first row on the right J 0.2 means delay time,the second row on the left F 0:00:5 means the firing time of each cue,the second row on the right Z 2 means the firing cues.RUN means the machine is at the working state.JZ means the delayed times.

A.Using method
This kind equipment can using both AC and DC.when using AC220V,connect power turn on power switch,the light of the power is bright,the votage table show 220V,it means normal.when using DC,no need connect AC,can use 24V (or 2 pcs 12V in parallel),make sure the power is euough and connect “+” “-”with red\black clip. urn on power switch,the light of the power is bright,the votage table show 24V,it means normal.
Machine Testing
1. when the power is normal slide silver button,the relative light will be bright,it means the equipment is normal.
2.put on the switch on the right to point firing position,slide the area switch on press the button the light on the upon of the button is bright it means the button is ok.if not bright,it means the button is broken.
3.function demo,like you designed do like oprate step 4 as following.

Put the switch on the right to point firing ,turn on the relative switch that the area you want to test(one time only test one area)the ralative indicator is bright it means connect well .for exapmle.71-79,only turn on the area key 7,and turn to the fire/test button to test,you will see the key light from1-9 all the bright,it means from 71-79,the products are connected well.
B instruction

a.connect power turn on the power switch when seeing the power light is bright then connect products well first test and turn on the switch to point firing,the LCD screen the first row on the right J shows“Ｊ————” put on area (that you want to fire) switch and last put on the test/fire switch to fire,press the button ,the relative channel will fire.
b.if want to fire some channel at the same time,it has two kinds method.
1.(0-9) small area method
put the products connecting at the same number chanles,for exapmle 3 13 23 ,if you want to fire at the same time,you need put on the area 0 1 2 and others is off.press the cue 3,3 13 23 will fire at the same time.

every time want to fire,press the reposition button ,the operate method like following:
turn on the switch(rapid-step fire/point fire)to point switch,connect the products you want to test then the LCD screen will show you

when fire the first one the time code will account the firing time auto.
2.rapid firing
* when adjust time well every time please remember press the repositon button before you fire.
a.connect power turn on the power switch when seeingthe power light is bright then connect products well first test and turn on the switch to rapid firing
b.adjust time(two method)
1)point fire state
Put the switch (rapid-step fire/point fire)to the point fire position,press the reposition button,the LCD screen shows:

press the set button,the LCD screen shows:
1: 0.2 2: 0.1
3: 0.3 4：0.2
when go to the first time set,you will see 1: 0.2,the number“1”means the first time ,0.2 ,means the first time’s delay time.press the set again,go to the first time time setted,the LCD screen shows: 1：_02，“_ 02”is three digit(0.1s-99.9s),if you want to change to 1.2s,you need do like following:press the cue 10 1 2 (10 means 0) the LCD screen shows
1: 01.2 * 2: 0.1
3: 0.3 4：0.2 then press the set button,then the first rapid time is setted ok ,the machine will auto into the next time setting.just use the same method do like this.
2）.rapid-step state:
Put the switch (rapid-step fire/point fire)to the point fire position,press the reposition button,the LCD screen shows:

Put the switch (rapid-step fire/point fire)to the apid-step fire position

*θS means fire in series，θP means fire in parallel.

Ｆ 0:00:00　 1：θS (θP),0：01 the number 0 and 1：θS (θP) number 1means the first time fire。For example the 12 times rapid fire,the LCD screen will show:

Need set the time just pree the button + and -， need go to the next time setting please press the set button ,go back the last ,press the reposition.
c.fire
before you fire press the reposition button first then the equipment will fire as your disigner.
d.it has memory funtion can keep the last time the time and channles you used.
3. step firing
a.connect power turn on the power switch when seeing the power light is bright then connect products well first test and turn on the switch to rapid-step firing,adjust the rapid time to 0:0.
b.fire
put 0、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9 area swith to on the switch on the right to rapid/step firing the switch on the left to fire then press the reposition button can press the start button press one time fire one time also can use the remote instead the start button.

First design the effects you want then change point firing rapid firng and step fing as your mind.

D .
Regulation:
1.Please don’t make it to be short circuit for that would damage machine.(the first cable connected with the mahine must be the longest one )
2.If connecting products in series, for the resistivity of ignition dissimilarity from different factory , please use the products which made by the same factory;
3.They would affect each group’s ignite quantity directly for the differences is existed in different products ignite, the thickness of lines, and the distance of circuitry;
4.when you connect the product well but you do not want to use it ,please turn off the switch and do nor shake the machine .
5.after turning off the power switch ,do not fire ,because there are a little electirc in the machine that will fire the product
6.when you do not ues it,please put the power switch on “off” position, put the conversion switch on “test” position.
7. Please don’t place the product in the damp , sour ,alkali and pollution environment.
